Settled with this encomium, Polly sang away in a small fresh voice,
that went right to the heart of the listener and it nested there. The

"Or Suspensory' Hazeldean", "down among the Heather", and "Birks of

"You don't have to mind mine Mrs. showy, dear", said, while slightly pinching
his/her rosy cheek. "I have not seen a small girl for so long, ago mine
old eyes good to look at you."

Polly thought that a very odd discourse, and you/he/she could not help says,
"Fan and Maud are not the small girls, also?"

"Oh, dear, no! what I call the small girls. Fan has been a young lady
these two years, and Maud is a spoiled child. His/her mother 's an a lot
judicious woman, my child."

"That that an old very strange lady!" thought Polly;  but she said "Sì 'the meter"
respectfully, and it looked at the fire.
