Men will continue to have impure and they will poison blood, so long as them
you propagate dirty thoughts. Out of a cleaned heart a clean life comes
and a clean body. Out of a collections of mind of defiled a life of defiled and
a corrupt body. Thought is the source of action, life and
demonstration; makes the fountain pure, and all will be pure.
Changes of diet won't help a man that won't change its thoughts.

food.
Clean thoughts do the clean habits. The so defined saint that doesn't do
you wash his/her body it is not a saint. He who have strengthened and you/he/she have purified
