Socrates - I am happy that you think of yes, and us it is sure we will continue
both of accord. And if any man has some ownerships right exclusive of earth,
neither it has some two men, since it is simple that neither you/he/she could bring to
another and he some right that he didn't possess, neither it was able two
men reach together from some half legal title what nobody was entitled
tender.
PHAEDO - you are undoubtedly right Socrates. I don't think that some men were able
you dispute that.
Socrates - And if neither a man neither two men, can acquire legal title
to disembark, neither for the same reason it was able some number, any matter as
great, acquires legal title.
PHAEDO - That it certainly follows from what we have already accepted.
Socrates - And it doesn't do difference as small or as great a portion
of earth can be. Any man and any number of men can acquire legal ownership
of him.
PHAEDO - That is so clearly also true that doesn't seem really value while
to say him/it. It doesn't certainly do difference if earth is a plaza
furlong or a continent.
Socrates - As You says, Phaedo that is very evident. Earth belongs
to humanity, and all the men are from participants of nature in his/her benefits.
PHAEDO - I have trust that you will understand that I agree with you in that,
and so ago an end of him.
Socrates - perhaps it is best that we am very sure that we am of accord as us
follows, so that if we owe to some duration doesn't agree, we don't have need to go
far back to find where our difference started. Earth is the ownership
of men in common, and each has an undivided action in his/her possession.
