in that we have been busy during the present century on the north
-Frontier of the west of India; and of the causes that have conducted to them. My
observations are founded upon Parliamentary papers of officer, and on other
jobs of authority;  and I hope that they can prove profits to the public that
doesn't have, as once of rule to study the tangled details of this
difficult subject. I have endeavoured to try that the tribes on the
frontier and the people of Afghanistan, don't have any true power to hurt
our position in India;  and turbulent how they can be, a policy of
it is more probable than patience, conciliation, and benefits far reaches ours
object that the expensive and incessant consignments in their mountains. Our
influence them on it is already great, and you/he/she is increasing year year. From
attentively maintaining the principles I have drawn out, we am able
gradually gets their friendship, and also their support, owes other
dangers ever threaten our dominoes.

We am the rules of a great Empire in the east, with his/her heavy duties
and the responsibilities, and in to devote himself/herself/themselves to the welfare of the
millions under our hesitation, and in to develop the resources of the country,
we will do far more for the happiness of the people and the safety of
the empire that dissipating our finances in continuous
