There are due to certainly be some feeling very strong of resentment and
injustice that brought so many members of a tribe to combine for the first time
in opposition to that of which they evidently considered an invasion of theirs

Many of these many men and those of other tribes on the frontier, have
for years enlisted in our lines, and it has it tried to be the good soldiers. ME
