what the heads, while giving credit to the Khan as them hereditary
rule, was entitled, not only to govern their his/her own tribes, but to take
divides in the general administration of the country as the constitutional one
advisors of the eminent head. The dangers that rise from the neighborhood
of three powerful kingdoms, Persia, Afghanistan, and it Separates, it had anybody
