Capitolo 65
We am standing in a terror of the beauty, affronts to face.
The dry grass squeaks in the wind, sand's whispers without breath,
The sand soft beads on the dunes, the clear shine of wheats,
Once they was stone. . . a chaos of gilded pebbles. . .
Their is now blown by the wind. . . we am standing and we listen
To the the to slip of wheat on wheat without time
And it hears our lives you/they must be passed as a whisper of the pain.
Has not seen her to me, I/you/he/she have met before not us
Here on this it sun-and-sea-ruined beach?
You shade Your sea-grey eyes with a hand illuminated by the sun
And it peers at to me. . . far sea-gulls, in Your eyes,
It flashes in the sun, goes down. . . I feel slow sand,
And it tightens him to nothing under of bright and blue skies. . .

The music ends. The screen grows the dark. We expedite
To go our secret and indirect ways forgetting,
Those a lot of lives. . . We loved, we laughed, we killed,
We danced in fire, we drowned in a whirlwind of sea-so that.
The flutes are stilled, and thousand dreams are stilled.
Of whom body that I have found nearby to dark waters,
Done the white and cold body, garland with sea-weed?
Fixing with wide eyes the sky?
I bent my head above of him, and he/she cried in silence.
Only the things me the dreamed of it felt mine whine.
Once I loved, and her I loved you/he/she was darkened.
Again I loved, and it love you/he/she was darkened.
Vainly we follow the circle of shady days.
The screen finally grows the dark, the flutes are silent.
At night The doors are closed. We go our ways.
VII.
The sun goes down to a pale and cold shine of light.
The trees grow the dark: the shades tilt him to the east:
It is lights they kill the occhiolino through the windows, one to the time.
A clamor of icy sirens cries to the night.
Blackboard-grey and pale clouds turn above from the hollow sun.
And the wandering one, the dreamer that investigates of dreams,
The eternal asker of answers, stands in the road,
And it lifts his/her palms for the first ghost of pluvius cold.
