Capitolo 53
So curious on those houses well-dams,
The minds of those us to slightly enter,
And it steals from floor to demolish on shady stairways,
From room to calm room, from wall to wall,
The a lot of air breathing intentionally,
Pressing our hands and nerves against the warm obscurity
To learn what ghosts are there,--
Supposes for once me puts my wide open doors
And he/she offers Him in. . . .Supposes me I try to tell him
The secrets of this house, and as me I live here;
He/she supposes that I tell him I am who, in fact. . . .
Deceiving her/it--as far how I can know him/it--
Only so a lot as me I am mistaken me.
If You already you are intelligent he/she sees me
As one who stirs forever in a cloud
Of the warm bright vanity: a bright cloud
What autumns on all the things with a trembling magic,
Changing such contours as a light can change,
Making what lies dark to me, while concealing
Those things that won't change. . . Me sustained walk
In a world of things that you/they adulate me: a sky
In the moment in which you/he/she would have had him to me; trees and grass
In the moment in which I would have moulded and colored them;
Pigeons and clouds and sun and whirling shades,
It is stars that making scaling through twilight fog,--
In of the deep way I am aware these they praise me:
Where them or suggestion of the beauty are beautiful,
They sharpens, somehow, to me. . . .This water says,--
Shining to the sky, or undulating
In parodies that sparkle routs of clouds,
You rippled in blue, or sending from fresh depth
To satisfy the falling leaf the clear image of the leaf,--
This water says, there is some secret you
Similar to my clear beauty, silently of answer
To everybody that the look for you. This naked tree says,--
Austere and rigid and pruned, divides with cold,
Resonant in the wind, with rigid branches
Flung out against the sky,--this that tall tree says,
There is some cold austerity you,
A strength frozen, with long roots knotty on stones,
Fertile and deep; You attend Your time, it is patient,
You clear in silence, discovers to seeming external,
