The Wolf and the lamb
Wolf, while road meeting out himself/herself/itself with a Lamb from the fold, not resolved to

to me." On that the Wolf grabbed him and ate him/it, while saying,
"Well! I won't remain without supper, even if you disprove each
one of my charges." The tyrant will find forever a pretext
his/her tyranny.
The Bat and the Weasels
A Bat that fell on the earth and you/he/she was taken by a pleaded of Weasel
his/her life to be saved. The Weasel refused, while saying that he was from
nature the enemy of all the birds. The Bat assured that he was
not a bird but a mouse, and so you/he/she was freed. Shortly
after the Bat it fell again to the earth and you/he/she was taken from
another Weasel that he likewise implored not to eat him/it. The
Weasel said that he had a special hostility to mice. The Bat
it assured him that he was not a mouse but a bat, and so a second
time escaped.
It is wise to turn circumstances to the good account.
The donkey and the Grasshopper
A Donkey that has felt some Grasshoppers chirrupping, was extremely
spellbound; and, desiring to possess the same charms of melody,
it asked for theirs they lived that kind of food on to give them this way
beautiful bawls. They responded, "You dew." The donkey clarified that
he would only live on dew, and in a dead short duration because of hunger.
The Leo and the Mouse
A Leo woke up by sleep by a Mouse that it races on his/her face. Rising
