"As heavy it seems the armor. You/he/she should be lifted so that he can remain
better."
Attentively Siegfried lifted the bright shield and placed him/it to one
side.
Eagerly he raised the helmet. There demolishes a mass to wave gilded hair.
"A burst of glorious light of the sun", whispered Siegfried.
Then he tried to loosen the rings that have contained the coat of mail.
Finding him/it difficult, he drew his/her sword and it cut them.
The bright armor demolished jingling to the earth.
The white and soft folds of the suit of its woman freely fell around her.
Siegfried started again and fixed in silence.
He trembled from head to foot.
He pressed his/her hand to his/her heart of fast-beating.
"Finally!" he cried. "Finally! I know what fear is."
THE AWAKENING
For a long time Siegfried slightly went to the side of Brunhilde.
He was standing and sweet face reputed her/it, heroic, and love entered his
heart.
Least that bends, he softly kissed her/it.
Brunhilde slowly opened his/her eyes.
You looked above at the blue sky and the smiling sun, and he/she cried:--
"Every hail to thee, you glorious sun in sky!"
The flowers slowly opened their petals, the birds started to sing.
The horse of Brunhilde he woke up and its happy call neighed.
Brunhilde reputed Siegfried.
Slowly its memory returned.
As she remembered the words of Wotan: "Only he who know any fear you/he/she can ask
You for his/her bride", she finally knew his/her hero you/he/she had come.
You looked in the strong face, brave of Siegfried, and as him it told her/it of
his/her love, she didn't desire to go up again to Valhalla anymore.
You knew that she loved Siegfried with all of his/her heart, and she promised
being his/her bride.
You told him that she would always have been happy when she was from his/her side.
