It is the presence of this class, to those composing me I arch what as
separately of one superior period to dig, that you owe my presence
to-day,--whatever that presence can be worth. I concern their existence
and their direct arrival in such institutions as this University of
Southern Carolina as the arc of the arc of promise that it crosses the political one
horizon of our future.
