TO OBSERVE TRIGONOMETRIC.


In the job to observe necessary to mend the positions of the
various stations, and of the craft, some elementary
trigonometric problems involve what you/he/she can be
advantageously explained taking practical examples.

Having selected the principal station A, as shown in Fig tree. 35, and
measured the length of some line A B on a convenient piece of
earth of level, the next footstep will be to mend its position on
the plan. Two prominent miliary stones, C and D as church
bell tower, flag-personal, etc. the positions of what you/he/she has shown
on the map of artillery, you/he/she is selected and the angles read from
each of the stations An and B. Supposes the line A B it measures ll7
ft and the angular measurements that you/they read from zero on that line
it is, from A to sharpen C, 29 23' and to sharpen D 88 43', and
from B to sharpen C 212 43', and to sharpen D 272 18' 30." The
