doesn't consider the contractions of end and therefore
it slightly gives a result taller than it would be otherwise the
case, and in the formula of Cotterill the incision is taken as being
half the ampleness of the dam, or of the brook above of the dam. If
a cubic foot is taken as being equal instead to 6-1/4 braids
of 6.235 braids, then cubic feet for minute multiplied from
