"That is true; but all the money that I have it is a dollar and five cents."
"Does he/she know where to find more? Does it have a good house?"
"I had a house, but I am now thrown on mine own exercises", it said Carl,
soberly.
"Dear me! That is bad! If I were better informed, it is probable that I ask more
particularly as this it happens. Is it an orphan?"
"No, gentleman; my father is living."
"And is Your mother dead?"
"Yes, gentleman."
"Is his/her father a poor man?"
"No, gentleman; he is modestly rich."
"Do you still have to fight Your his/her own way?"
"Yes, gentleman. I have a stepmother."

stepmother? All the stepmothers are no evil or discourteous."
