through twenty-two centuries,--on the whole one the most marvelous of the
series. And so, when I reign Roman it faded away, that of Spain started. It was
introduced in from the landing of Cristoforo Colombo; and when, only three hundred
in 1792, the subject was discussed later, in connection with his/her years
third centennial, the general verdict of European thinkers was that the
discovery of America had, on the whole one, is to humanity the reverse of
beneficent. This conclusion has been made above since then comments with derision;
anchor, when it did, you/he/she was corrected. The United States had had as soon as in 1792
fought in existence and his/her influence on the course of human creature
events had not started to manufacture him felt. Those that considered the
subject had in front of them, therefore only Spanish domination in America,
and on that their verdict cannot be gainsaid; for, from the year 1492
down, the history of Spain and the domination of Spaniard you/he/she has undeniably been
a long series of crimes and violations by law natural, the criminal punishment for
what it doesn't have evidently even yet is exact in full.
Of those national incriminates out four stand in special prominence,
you count that constitute in a national accusation that what show of history

Hebrews, and then of the Heaths or Moriscoes, from Spain late in the
fifteenth and soon in the sixteenth centuries; (2) the annalses of "the
Board of Blood" in The Netherlands and the eighty years of

Spaniard dominates; (3) the investigation, the more clever apparatus of human creature
it ever invented out to root and it destroys whatever a people had that that was
alarm intellectually more, that investigates, and progressive; and, finally
(4), the policy of the extermination, and, where not of the extermination, of
cruel oppression, systematically persecutes toward the aborigines of
