Allegories of Life

Mrs. J. S. Adams

Capitolo 58

"I suppose to return."

"But as--happily or otherwise?"

"Gladly and gladly", says his/her child, been born by the old one to the tallest
same.

"I will offer Him with more means", remarked his/her father, while a
hearing some joy thrilled his/her being to the thought that his/her child was going
to give his/her life to the human necessities.

They divided on the tomorrow, although that separation was the more neighbor
approach of their grapevine; for them they were united from a truth that it is never
the essence of a divine union. Many years passed from. The hair of the
father grew more white, and its ears craved to hear the voices of its children,
he would not call yet, in word or feeling, so long as it was the busy crowd
receiving or giving them the life.

An evening, when its thoughts were taking a rather develops melancholy,
a messenger came to its door with a letter from the long-absentee and
the more old man that didn't return to his/her house from him the day of his/her departure.
Its words were these:--

"Dear Father,--I cannot come to the house that I love so well, neither to
Your side, while this earth is so full of need of human words and actions.
With Your benediction I will remain here my life; and when age comes
on, and cannot I serve the people anymore, can I return?"

The torn wounds demolished on the face of the good man. God had greatly blessed him
in to give on him so worthy a child; and him penneds heat and burning
words of encouragement to his/her child, and it sent from the messenger, with
gold to assuage the lacks of the pauper.

"Tell him thousand benedictions they attend him when its job is done", says
he to the messenger as the second climbed on his/her horse to ride away.

Long later, when his/her father grew old and defenseless, his/her children returned
loaded with experiences rich and abundantly able to worry himself/herself/themselves about him.

They had learned the great one and precious lesson that all have to learn before
them really live,--that we have to give to receive, sow if we reaped,
and it loses our life to find him/it.
