This way, reader, we ever find together while we think earth,
and by chance in the regions above. I/you/he/she allow us trust that they is wisely
reported;  and, while we love, we revere, and we admire the purity of the Truth,
I/you/he/she allow us to kindly try also to bear Error as a strength adversary that,
although you/he/she can seem for once to work our uneasiness and to prevent us in
our progress, gives still us strength as the rower on the brook you/he/she is done
stronger from the contrary tides and eddies with which he has to contend.

THE TREE.


A great shade-tree grew near a house, and under its branches his/her children
played every day in summer. It seemed to take the great delight in their voices,
and shaken his/her green branches on their heads, as if it would connect in
their sports and laughter. But, alas! one day in which you/he/she has found a foolish idea
his/her head--you/he/she was displeased, and felt that his/her sphere of the utility
it was also limited.

To that moment dark clouds gathered, a terrible storm rose, and a
current strong of wind, soon puts the giant tree that swings with this way
to violence that has been lacerated by the earth and it placed it likes a broken column
on the earth.

"Now I will be anything:  I have out my roots some old earth.
