A photo was of the same garland.  The other ones showed a group of
thirty-six people, above all boys, being standing in front of the statue later
the garland had been put.

When Ambassador Gerard learned on her/it "demonstration" he went the
statue and from there immediately in the Foreign Office, where he saw
Von of Minister of State Jagow.  Gerard demanded instant removal of
the garland.  Von Jagow promised to one "investigation."  Gerard in the meantime
a personal investigation of the _League of Truth_ that had started
purchased and it put there the insult.

Days, equal months spent weeks.  Von Jagow anchors it refused to have the
garland removed.  Gerard finally went to the Foreign Office and said von
Jagow that unless you/he/she was brought away that day he would find him/it
and it sends him/it from messenger to Washington.  That evening Gerard walked to
the statue.  The garland had disappeared.

Week week the league continued its propaganda.  Gerard continued his
investigation.

July 4 th 1916, another circular was sprinkled shed.  On page 1 were
a great black cross.  Pages 2 and 3, the inside they contained a reprint of
her "Declaration of independence", with the imprint through the face of
a bloody hand.  Included in a black and heavy border on page 4 it was nine
John's L. verses Stoddard, the lecturer, "entitled Blood-traffickers."

The league appealed a special to the "German-American."  Germany,
as it was suitable in a preceding article, it counts on some
German-American as his/her allies.  The ambassador Gerard of one day received a
circular entitled "An Appeal to All the Friends of the Truth."  The same was
