1917
The title "Germany, You Next Republic?" it is select because the author
he/she believes this it has to be the destination, the battlecry of the United States and
his/her Allies. Until the Kaiser, his/her generals and the present
leaders are in control of the destinies of Germany the world he/she will meet
the same terrorism that has had to be born during the war. Permanent
peace will follow the establishment of a Republic. But the German
people don't want overthrow the present government until the leaders I am
defeated and it discredited. Today the Reichstag Constitutional
committee, led by Herr Scheidemann you/he/she is preparing reforms in the
organic law but till now all the proposals are mere shifts. The world
you/he/she cannot afford to consider the peace with Germany up to that people's rule.
The the United States and his/her Allies tell sooner this the German
people officially the we will have sooner the peace.
