Fences in American you/they were repealed.

Indeed it would appear, that a the law that protects American ship-builders,
while evidently real for that purpose, you/he/she has destroyed American
sending. Our industry of ship-building has reached respectable and equal
impressive proportions;  but our consignment, wherever brought
the competition with foreign ships, is enfeebled. A transatlantic line only,
in 1902 the American flag exposed, and that line enjoyed special and
unusual rights without which you/he/she could not probably exist. In
the consideration to build two ships in American enclosures, this line the
Navigation international Society, was permitted to transfer two
ships foreigner-built to American recording and a the ten year-old postal contract

all the ships it was forced to build. It is worth,
while the foreign lines are competing him a with the other in the
