Capitolo 88
With looking out for the first drowsy they mix
In that flaming and enormous quiet of the field.
Now nausea of fearfuller that the famine eagerly
Handles my life and my you throw to it,--my faith
Hunger to be fed with sounds and visions:
The firelight mixt with a confusion that gathers of shades,
The silence that suddenly shouts with surprise,
That says out of amazed men of sleep
To find that God hath been horribly among them.
We there am wrong Judith.
Also as now
God is wrong from Your hearts that doubt.
You that has treated with such pride of spirit
In all of his/her ways of the life, so that she seemed
To feel as it shades, falling on the light
His/her his/her own mind it did, the thoughts common of men;
Ay, her that to-day entered down our pain
And it was standing among the pains that hum on us,
As one that is forced apart from a bright trip
To stoop himself/herself/themselves in a cottage of small-room, where strong flies
Bothers the prisoners and the windows they darken;
This her, this Judith out of his/her calm pride,
And out of his/her careful purity, to walk
Where same God from violent whoredom was able
Hardly preserve her/it meat shivering! and everybody
For our cause, for the lives her hath in contempt,
This Assyrian and horrible risk that she risks him.
Prayer should be us for that. I/you/he/she allow us to ask to God
To tie the men whose avarice now flashes on her,
In of the strange weakness; certainly him the wish;
Certainly not with the worse damage of woman
His/her noble obedience he will compensate!
I/you/he/she allow us to ask to God to tie these men in front of her.
They is not his to tie: was other, here?
They is the to boast himself/herself/themselves of of Nebuchadnezzar
Heart of fury against our God, sent here
As I cackle insolent in his/her holy quiet.
God could not tie these noises that boast on
In the heart of Nebuchadnezzar; it is not his,
But it did from of the Babylonians or it possessed
From thrones that they contain the skies on Nineveh.
For all these outlands greatnesses, these kings
