YOU HYMN TO LOVE
We am thine, Or Love being in thee and it made of thee,
As you, Hooks, were the deep thought
And us the discourse of the thought; yea, spoken it is us,
Thy shoots of out-spoken thought:
But scorching not through us thy imagining
How fierce humor in a song taken,
We was as words of clamour a fool it is able I launch,
Loose words, of broken meaning.
For that that more as the discourse without brain of a fool,--
The lives dark and travelling fears,
And as a boy it throws pebbles in a swimming pool
Done throw down abysmal places?
Hazardous it is the stars, still it is our birth
And our time that travels theirs;
How words of air, the life ago of starry earth
Faces soul-a great deal happy and sweets;
As they are bawls us in the worldly wind;
The great wind of the fate of the world

But not in the world as you shout it storm-smashes,
Borne down not by the weight of the wind;

And Love is meaning our life it handles,
Making our souls like syllables to crowd
