Capitolo 65
"Yes, gentleman, in Clinton Place. I was recommended to him from the Mr. Frills."
"That is well. The Mr. Rich, this is the new boy."
"Then he told me", said Rich, coldly.
"Has you/he/she had some clients?"
"Yes, gentleman. There is an article to be expeditious--a gold chain--to Mrs. Mason,
of fifty-sixth Road."
"Some mentioned duration?"
"Twelve."
"You can send Andrew to that duration."
"Very well, gentleman."
Andy was very happy about the presence of his/her employer. It checked of it
demonstration of the barbarism from the employee.
To quarter to twelve a box that contains the chain was given to Andy,
addressed to Mrs. Mason.
"Did it observe the lady that purchased the chain?" asked to the Mr. Flint.
"Yes, gentleman."
"I wish this box put in his/her hands. Asks to her to give him a receipt for
it."
"Yes, gentleman."
"Here are money for rate of car. You can go to have lunch after having delivered the
box."
"Yes, gentleman."
Took Andy a car of Broadway, and only after twelve arrived to the house. The
door was open from a man-servant.
"I have a packet for her Mrs. Mason", said Andy.
"Every right; I will pick him/it up."
"I have to only deliver him/it in his/her hands."
"You are not at home."
"Then I will wait for him. You said her it would be here at twelve o'clock."
The man was almost for rudely to speak, when a lady climbed on the footsteps.
"It is of the Mr. Flint?" she asked.
"Yes, lady."
"I am her/it Mrs. Mason."
"I remember him/it", said Andy, arching. "The Desire is kind enough to give me
a receipt?"
"Certainly. You advance in the room, and I won't hold her waiting from a lot."
Andy sat him.
"Because it didn't give me the packet, boy?" asked to the servant.
"Because you are not her/it Mrs. Mason. I had severe orders to deliver him/it to
his/her."
"Humph! that is being mighty detail."
"I don't have anything to do with the rules of the Mr. Flint."
Mrs. Mason almost immediately returned.
"Here is the receipt, and it thanks her", she said, pleasantly.
Andy arched, and it opened the door to go out.
