a nation free and powerful, then in struggle with Your oppressors, churches
for Your help that promises to deliver her/it from such heavy joke, and
after having defeated his/her enemy with Your help she put around subjugating her/it,
refusing the promised liberation?
Civilized nations! Inhabitants of Honourable of the United States, to
of who tall and respectable consideration I submit this without pretensions
jobs, here you have the providential facts that conducted to the unfair one
you attach on the existence of the Philippine Republic and the existence
of those for that, although unworthy, God manufactured me the principal keeper.
The truthfulness of these rests of facts on my word as President of this
Republic and on the honour of the whole population of eight million
souls that, for more than three hundred years you/he/she is sacrificing
the lives and wealth of brave children them to get due recognition
of the natural rights of humanity--the liberty and the independence.
If you will make me the honour to receive and to read this job and then
