Polavieja had succeeded from the veteran General Don Fernando Primo de
Rivera that you/he/she had seen a lot of active service. Rivera had just taken
on command of the Strengths he personally conducted his/her army in the assault
on and search of the revolutionary strengths, and so firmly, as good
as benignly it was the country conducted, that he regained soon the
whole of the province of Cavite and flock the rebels in the mountains.
Then I established my head office in the wild one and unexplored mountain

The Essay of Biak-na-bato
Mr. Fatherly Pedro Alejandro (who was named by the Spaniard

the Essay that, after negotiations that extend more than five months,
and the accurate consideration had been given to every clause, it was finally
completed and it signed on December 14, 1897, the following being

is free to live in some foreign country. Having mended on Hongkong as
my residence, had been of accord that payment of the reimbursement
of $800,000 (Mexican) you/he/she should be done in three installments, or rather,
$400,000 when the whole arm in Biak-na-bato you/they were delivered the
Spanish Authority; $200,000 when the arm surrendered him amounted to
eight hundred stand; the final payment to be done when thousand
stand of arm will have been given above to the authorities and the
_Te Deum_ sung in the Cathedral in Manila as thanks for the
restoration of the peace. The second part of February was sheltered as the
limit of time where the surrender of arm should be completed.
