Dear Sir, is with reluctance that I intrude again me on Your valuable
time. But I am incited for doing so that the sentence that the subject
of our Indian relationships really a matter of serious worry is: as
behaving the justice and honor of ours really Government and the more depth
affairs--the a lot of existence, indeed--of a defenseless and dependent
people. And knowing that it is Your wish to be furnished of each
article of information that you/they are able, in some way it throws light on the subject,
I venture me to shake her/it with another letter.
