THE MONKEYS AND THE TWO TRAVELLERS


Two men were travelling together, one of whom spoke never the truth,
while the others never said a lie:  and they entered during
their trips to the earth of Monkeys. The King of the Monkeys, feeling of
their arrival, ordered them to be brought in front of him;  and from way of
thrilling them with his/her magnificence, he received them sitting on
a throne, while the Monkeys, its subjects were varied in long file on
both side of him. When the Travellers entered his/her presence him
asked to them what they thought about him as a King. The false Traveller
says, "Son-in-laws, every has to see that you are a more noble and mighty
monarch." "And does thing think about my subjects?" the King continued.
"Them", says the Traveller, "it is in every way worthy of their reality
master." The Monkey was pleased so with his/her answer that he has given him
a very beautiful present. The other Traveller thought that if his
companion was so splendidly compensated to say a lie, him him
certainly it would still receive a the greatest reward to say the truth;
then, when the Monkey turned him to him and says, "And that that, gentleman, is Your
opinion?" he responded, "I think that you are a very excellent Monkey and all Your
subjects are also excellent Monkeys." The King of the Monkeys was irritated so to
his replies that he ordered him to be brought away and it clawed to death.




THE DONKEY AND HIS/HER LOADS


A Mendicant that possessed a Donkey one day bought a quantity of salt, and
loaded on his/her beast with so much how much he could be born. On the walk homeward the
