ending those on the east in general earth-floor of the Gate of Regina Mary for
rooms of first-floor in the Court of Neville, southern side, the easternmost
rooms. In this term my lectures had lasted since April.  18 in May
14. I apparently had only the Sophs Senior, 19 in number and the
same four pupils (the Turner, Dobbs, Cooper Hovenden) as in the precedent
term. The only scientific subjects on which I find notes are, a Paper
on the forms of the Teeth of Wheels, it communicated to the Philosophical one
Society in May 2;  of the notes on the Musical Harmonies and some
examination of strange piece of Iceland Spar. In April.  29 that I was
elected to the Northern institution (of Inverness); the first one
I compliment that I have received from an extraneous body.

"In May 14 I have a more accurate examination of my accounts of money,
to see if I can make a consignment with my sister in Wales. My
sister came to Cambridge and Monday, May 23, 1825 that we have started
for Wales, it equipped in the lightest way for an itinerant consignment. Us
passed Birmingham to Shrewsbury:  then in the aqueduct of Pontycyssylte
and from the various places to Bala, and for this motive from Llanrwst to Conway. Here
the bridge of suspension was under construction:  the mole was made and
the benches but nothing other. Then above to Bangor, where nine chains of
the bridge of suspension both to place, and so to Holyhead. Then from
Carnarvon to Bethgelert, ascending Snowdon by the way, and in
succession of Festiniog, Dolgelly and Aberystwyth to Hereford (the
before the time that I had visited him since my father left him/it). From for this motive
we passed trainer to London, and I went above to Cambridge the 23 of
June.

"I had worried about to bring a party of pupils to Keswick, and to take mine
brother there. Mr Clarkson had offered me with introductions to Mr
Southey and Mr Wordsworth. In Wednesday, June 29 th 1825, we started,
and it passed Leicester, Sheffield, Leeds and Kendal to Keswick,,
