If the mind it is found sinking in the anarchy and disorganism, and
borne away by the pressure of bad, you/he/she can seem direct upward, and, taking new
energy from the unquenched light--

    "Spring in the kingdom of the ideal."

Our destiny is ideal. We am in trip for the invisible one. The ideal draws us
upward,--_real_ now, to the spirits of only men done perfect--to be true
to us when we am perfect--ideal _once_ to them, as now to us. We owe
holds above of us the model of the life and law that we have not reached yet.
Don't allow him of never to be weak. Be a star that shines through the night of time! A flag
rippling from the throne of God. It tells us some destination. It points out ours
future--the altitude of our virtue, our exaltation, our beatitude.

Our subject is National And Man. We proceed to consider him/it in a

    ME.  _What is the good government?_
   II. _What constitutes rebellion against such government?_
  III. _What is the duty of every city when exists?_ of the rebellion




ME.  _What a good government_ is?



Any citizen absolutely looks for a perfect form some nationality--of law.
But we have the right to ask the good government. You/he/she has been accustomed there
you think that it depends more from administration that on principle;  and the
the poet's line "That what you/he/she is administered better, it is best", it is a
proverb, to the feeling of what us too freely the product. Without doubt a
