Capitolo 4

it is orderly of God." "Whosoever therefore the resisteth the power, resisteth
God's ordinance: and theirs that withstands to it will receive to them
damnation." Despisers of government are enumerated by the apostle as among
the more men's flagitiouses. There is _statutes_ in almost every government
what correct cannot absolutely be; some that can be oppressive. These are
to be separate from the principles, from the carrying general of a
government, and it bore for the good therein, or it is rid than from
constitutional and sure methods. It is a duty of every subject and citizen
to surrender to some of his/her desires and preferences--some of his/her sentences
possibly--for the feeling of _general_--the comprehensive good person; while he has
the right to convince from equitable matter all others, and winning them
to his/her sights and measures if possible, without the violence, without
infringement of law. For he won't be waited that every men should be
absolutely satisfied with some government. If he has called for only producing
his/her action of personal interest and preference, in the interest of all the
protection and blessing in which he participates in common with the state,
his/her reason, his/her conscience its patriotism will cheerfully be acquiescent; him the wish
freely it constitutes so a lot of sacrifice the affairs of the whole one, while knowing a lot
well that is probable that every other citizen is under an equal sacrifice.
The natural one, individual liberty, without law it is only barbarism. Where each
man is free to do whatever his/her worse passions they incite, there is in fact no
liberty; there is tyranny; for the strong one it will subjugate the weak, bone and
muscle will govern mind and conscience. In laws and men of governments has
their better thoughts; it is probable that human _law_ is best that human
nature. Men feel the need of limitation--it is convinced of the necessity of
law. They does therefore laws in self-defence; if with this they is able _not_
you brake their his/her own egoism, them _would_ brakes the egoism
